The nurse explained everything clearly, including possible side effects and aftercare instructions.The doctor was also excellent—very patient, knowledgeable, and reassuring. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood the importance of the vaccine. Their calm and friendly approach helped reduce my anxiety as a parent.Overall, the entire experience was smooth and well organized. Terrible app , when you try to log in with your Uae Pass it gets stuck. Tried to make an appointment and I wasn’t able to log in . For guest login you can’t do anything and for log in area gives error . Complicated way to visit a health care when this supposed to make it easier ! 0 out of 5 !!!

Unacceptable to have such a bad designed badly coded and programmed app for such a big authority like the ministry of health. This app needs to be redesigned from from zero. Everything doesn’t work, and it always redirect to the website so what’s the use of downloading the app then?. I can’t download the certificate, I can’t view the receipt later on.
