I have very bad experience for last 2 orders from your delivery person and as well as from your customer service team as a prime customer . The delivery person those don’t have any kind of manners how to talk to a customer, just talking rudely like they provide the item and service for free. We paid for those services. And from customer service, if we call or chat for a complaint they will hear everything and say sorry. But they don’t know or they don’t want to fix this issue. They simply saying you will get delivery asap. But the thing happened is you will not get any delivery until they want to deliver to you as they have time. If not they will simply mention wrong address and skip it even the address is right. This my bad time bad experience from a e-commerce site .

I subscribed to Prime Video through my iPhone using my passcode, got the confirmation on my iCloud email , and now when I try to log in, it says the account doesn’t even exist!The app doesn’t show what email you’re actually signed in with, so once you’re logged out, good luck ever getting back in. I wasted hours trying to connect my TV and ended up completely locked out of my own paid subscription.How can a global company make something as simple as logging in this complicated? It honestly feels like a scam, they take your payment but make sure you can’t even access your account again. Fix your system, Prime Video. This is ridiculous.
