Great app for discovering classes, but could improve more!
Bellathealtego
I’ve been using Classpass for almost 2 months now and have quite loved it so far as it allowed me to discover the different classes and studios available in my city at quite reasonable prices compared to booking direct. It’s also easy to book a class on the app and you get instant confirmation which is great. The only sort of downside I have experienced so far is when studio employees treat Classpass enrollees a little different because we pay a slightly discounted price than their regular members. Other than that, I’m loving the service so far.I would like to see some improvements in the app navigation in the future as it’s quite difficult to see ALL the studios available for a particular fitness class — it only shows you whichever is within a specific distance. It would also be very helpful if aside from studios, we can also save a particular class and timing so we can re-book it again, or book it when the studio’s availability opens up. I think it would also be helpful if there’s a specific page just for all new studios or classes that opened up. I hope to see some interaction features in the future with my connections too, like recommend classes within the app or post photos ourselves of the studio or the classes and see each other’s review (which can either be just among friends or for public).

Food & Drinks not good experience
KristiRud
My first experience with ClassPass was unfortunately quite frustrating. On my very first day, I saw an Eat & Drink option near my home and decided to try it. The reservation was made instantly, but there was no clear information on how to contact the business or how the food would actually be delivered. It was described as delivery, yet I was never asked for a delivery address.I then tried to check the location myself. The address provided in the app was incorrect, and the map link led to completely unrelated businesses and random locations. The phone number listed for the company was also not working, and there was no WhatsApp contact. I tried Instagram, but received no response.I had to contact ClassPass support to cancel the reservation without a cancellation fee, because there was simply no way to receive the service or even identify the correct pickup/delivery location.I also booked a stretching class afterwards, and that experience was completely different — I knew the venue, the address was correct, and the map took me to the right place. So my advice: double-check the location and cancellation policy before booking, especially for Eat & Drink options.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We're sorry to hear your first Eat & Drink experience didn't meet expectations, and we understand how frustrating it can be when location and contact information are inaccurate or unclear. We're glad our support team was able to assist you, and it's encouraging to hear that your stretching class experience went much more smoothly. Thank you
Outright Predatory
Experienced classpass user
Update: wrote to their support. They replied once and then disappeared. Pretty sure they are trying to run the clock down to renewal date so they can charge me again. Total scam!Original review:This is a predatory system that is designed to trap and milk you thru their pricing, hidden charges and terms and customer support. You will pay more over your lifetime of using classpass vs getting a gym membership. Their pricing is unclear, managing a subscription like canceling, pausing attracts unbelievably decotive tactics that looks to squeeze every dime out of you. Class prices change. Availability is a question mark. Dont make the mistake of using classpass for a month to try different gyms. They know you are doing that. All gyms offer a trial class for free anyway. But with classpass you will not be able to cancel your membership without paying more. They will charge you without you even k owing because they store your card on their file. Ive tried class pass over the years 2-3 times and regretted it each time. Just call get membership to a multi disciplinary gym. Even if you take class pass 80% of the time you will go to the same one gym.

Lack of classes and communication
Yarik Magda
This app is, to be honest awful. At first, I was impressed that you can subscribe to activities you want, and you don’t need to stick to one kind of class, BUT. When it came to booking I noticed that you can’t even book your favorite class cos it’s not available on the app, but if you go to the official web of the gym for example they have slots but not in the ClassPass, for a whole month I could manage book just 2 classes and paid for it about 80 $, a few times they just cancel my classes which barely could book, once I came to the Crossfit and the timing was completely different to the CP, means they have lack of communications between venues. The question 2 classes per month worth 80 $? Absolutely not, easier to buy a subscription for a whole month from places you like, and deal with them, cos ClassPass won’t help you anyways in case of cancelations delays, etc. Btw have used it in Dubai, UAE if you were curious. Have a good day lads, and use your money wisely!
