I bought the pro version, and i am not able to login to my business account. It keeps showing error. I reported the error, but the response i got was really dissapointing(switch off your mobile and turn on again) and dint solve the problem. I followed up on the same, but there was not response after that! This is really sad!

I have been using Preview for two years now and it’s really great, a lot of people compliment my instagram feed. The only problem is that my phone recently offloaded the app and when I reinstalled it, it crashes as soon as I open it. I already bought filter packs and I’m afraid that deleting and redownloading it would delete this. I hope you could fix this.Edit: I deleted it and then reinstalled it. Indeed, it works now but I lost the filter packs I paid for (I bought all available filter packs in 2018, the offer included that all future filter packs will be available to me). I emailed and was was asked for a proof of purchase. I complied and sent a screenshot of the transaction I made back in 2018 when I first used this app. I haven’t gotten a response after that. I followed up and still no response. I sure hope that my concerns aren’t being ignored.

I was really interested in one of the features of the premium subscription which is the "auto-post"However when i subscribed, auto-post seemed to be not working. When i tried to upload 1 pic and 1 vid, it says i can only upload images and videos. So i tried auto post-ing just an image to see it will work but nope... then it requires me a different size or would tell me another excuse why i couldnt do it. It's hopeless. I asked for a refund and mentioned the reason why i want my money back, but after a couple of follow up, they just informed me how to process the refund and didnt really care about their customer's frustration 😅
