Betalen met de kaart lukt, en ik heb de kaart kunnen toevoegen aan mijn Apple Wallet, maar tot nu toe werd elke betaling via Apple Pay geweigerd door de betaalterminals.

De app herkent niet eens mijn email adres om in te loggen. Misschien eerst voldoende testen alvorens je een nieuwe app maakt.

Inloggen via de oude app werkt maar inloggen via deze app met dezelfde. Gegevens werken niet ?

Hallo Oooooookkujk, Om gebruik te maken van de nieuwe applicatie dien je je te registreren met jouw nieuwe kaart. Dit kan aan de hand van je Card ID en je rijksregisternummer. Je kan wel hetzelfde e-mailadres gebruiken als voor je vorige Pluxee-account. Nathaly van Pluxee

Naiketje
1) Met de Pluxee BE app kon je wisselen van user en kon ik het saldo van mijn vriend zijn kaart zien. Waarom is die functie weg ?? 2) De Apple Pay functie werkt ook niet, wordt steeds geweigerd in de winkel. 3) En hoezo kan men de PIN code niet wijzigen?? Werd ook nergens gecommuniceerd toen ik een nieuwe kaart kreeg dat de PIN niet meer hetzelfde was. 4) In plaats van al die nutteloze reclame deals in de app zorg eerst dat de noodzakelijke functies werken.

Hallo Naiketje. Bedankt om je feedback te delen. We begrijpen dat het jammer is dat je de pincode van je Pluxee-kaart niet kunt aanpassen. Bij de huidige verticale kaart is dit helaas nog niet mogelijk. In de nieuwe Pluxee-app (met de blauwe X) kun je door extra beveiliging nog slechts één profiel per account gebruiken. Apple Pay bevindt zich momenteel nog in een testfase, waardoor je voorlopig enkel bij een beperkt aantal handelaars kunt betalen. Lukt Apple Pay niet, dan kun je steeds je fysieke kaart gebruiken. We nemen je opmerking mee om onze dienstverlening verder te verbeteren. Jessie van Pluxee
