What’s New
Periodic sync every 15 seconds: The app now automatically syncs new and edited guests every 15 seconds to keep data up to date.
Single sync function across events: Syncing unsynced guest data now happens through one unified function for all events, simplifying the process and improving reliability.
Logout allowed with pending sync: You can now log out even if some data hasn’t synced yet. The app will show an info popup to let you know about any unsynced data before you log out.
What’s Improved
More resilient syncing: If syncing one item fails, the app will keep syncing the rest. Failed items will try again in the next cycle.
Safer guest creation flow: Instead of calling the API directly when adding a guest, the app saves the guest locally first and syncs at regular intervals. This reduces errors and duplicates.
Clearer “Event Not Found” message: The “Event Not Found” label is now easier to see, so users can quickly understand the search result.
Kiosk mode reset fix: In kiosk mode, the registration form now properly clears when you tap “Start Over,” helping avoid accidental duplicate entries.
