The Map is now a tab of its own. It opens on your service area, shows active calls, and can switch to satellite. Tap a call to get directions. If your agency turns on crew locations, your phone shares where you are while you are on the schedule, or any time you turn it on. Before anything is shared, you read how your location is used and select I understand. Crew members appear on the map with their unit. Tap one to see their speed and the nearest address. Administrators can open Driving history on the Map. Select a person and a day to see their route, where they stopped, the distance and their top speed. Staff meetings and other events show on your schedule, and you can say whether you are going. Managers can post, change and cancel events from the phone. Agency alerts can keep asking until people answer, and can be taken down after a set time. You can change your answer if your plans change. Managers can read Scheduling Insights, see a person's documents and which ones are signed, and see which incident reports have been dealt with. Field training officers can see what a trainee still needs while filling out the form. If your agency requires a code at sign-in, the app now asks for it. Fixed: the schedule opens on today instead of the next shift. Fixed: location sharing no longer stops an hour after you leave the app. Fixed: a cadet or other custom role now shows as that role instead of Crew Member.

Your agency can now assign a lecture for you to watch. Assigned lectures appear at the top of the Lecture Library with their due date. The app remembers where you stopped, so you can watch a long lecture in more than one sitting. Slides and linked videos have a button to confirm you have watched them. Your agency's blank forms are on the phone. Refusals, transfer packets, exposure reports, and anything else your agency posts. Open a form to read it, then use the share button to print it, save it to Files, or mail it to the station. Administrators post, replace and retire forms on the website. You can now choose what the app sounds like. Pick one sound for everyday notifications and a different one for emergencies, under Account then Notifications. There are eighteen to choose from and you can hear each one before you pick it. The time clock asks for a note, at both ends. If you relieved late or were held over on a call, you can say so at the moment you know it. The line is optional and the button never waits on it. A transfer risk assessment now asks what the crew decided at the end of the call. Your agency's own outcome buttons appear on the card, and the answer goes on the record where the dashboard and your reports can read it. The time your crew spends off the road is entered as separate questions — enroute, loading and drop off — where your state asks for them. The estimated arrival adds them together. Trainees can see their progress toward clearance on the field training screen. Fixed: saving your notification settings from the phone switched off every text alert your agency had turned on. Text is now a choice on the events that allow one. Fixed: the witness code now expires on time. It used to keep counting from where it was when the phone locked, so it could show a code the server had already replaced. Fixed: open shifts no longer arrive one buzz per shift. When several go up at once you get a single notice telling you how many. Fixed: a controlled-substances box your agency has retired no longer appears in the Containers list.

Alerts have their own tab. The bell sits beside Modules and Account. It turns red when an administrator has posted an alert you have not cleared, and is grey the rest of the time. Agency alerts and your notification inbox are both on that tab, behind one switch at the top. You no longer have to be on Home, scrolled to the right place, to find out something happened. The Alerts tab holds what your agency has posted. Calls for service no longer fill it. A new call comes down from the top of the screen. When dispatch sends one while the app is open, a card appears wherever you are with the call type, the address and your units on it. Tap it to open that call. It leaves on its own after ten seconds. You can still answer an agency alert after you have cleared it, and administrators can write alert templates on the phone. You can withdraw your own application for an open shift. Until a scheduler approves it, the application can be taken back from the same place you made it. A witness who does not work here can sign. Waste at the hospital sink is witnessed by the nurse standing there, and that person has no Cordial account. Every controlled-substance ceremony now offers "Witness does not work here": their name, title, credentials, where they are from, and their signature taken on the phone you hand them. It is recorded as an outside witness, not as a verified colleague. Scan a vial's QR label to give a dose. The label already says which vial it is and which box it came from, so Administer no longer asks. Counting a box shows what you counted. The answer appears on the card as you give it, and the buttons no longer cover the end of the list. Every module has its own colour. The colour on a module's home-screen icon now comes in with you. Its headings and cards carry it, so you can tell which module you are standing in. Numbers, status chips and buttons are untouched. Green, amber and red still mean what they have always meant. Medication Readiness names the unit properly. Picking a unit there now shows the type, station, make and model, the same line Fleet Readiness has always shown, from the same roster. Time off shows the days it books. A request that runs 20 Oct 08:00 to 21 Oct 08:00 books one day, not two. The form says so while you are typing, and the approval card and your own list name those days instead of the raw From and To. The schedule follows your agency's calendar setting. Wash, edge, solid or none, whatever your agency picked on the website, is what the phone draws now. Shift cards are about half as tall, so a full day fits under the month grid without scrolling. An account with an end date says so. The app shows a countdown on every screen, red for the last three days, and an explanation once the date has passed instead of an empty home screen.

The nearest open door. A crew that cannot make its destination now gets the closest emergency departments to where they are standing, a phone number for each, and one tap to start navigating. A map shows which direction each one lies in, and your administrators are told when a crew diverts. Resource availability on the phone. Read what every agency and hospital in your state, region or area has reported, and file your own daily status without finding a computer. The form opens on what you reported last with anything unchanged folded away, so most days you change the one number that moved and file it. Ask the region for what you need. An event on the resource board is a request for resources now, rather than a question. Say what you need and how many — four ALS units, two engines, a hazmat team — and every agency on the roster is asked at once. They commit what they can send, and the number still needed comes down as those commitments land, so you are watching one number reach zero instead of doing arithmetic. You can see who is bringing what, by name, and an agency with nothing to spare can say so in one tap instead of being chased. The schedule is a calendar. My Schedule and the Full Schedule both open on a month grid, with Week and List a tap away, and they no longer stop six weeks out — a shift published for the spring is reachable now. Each day says how many people are on. Administrators can put a shift on the schedule. Add, edit, publish or delete a shift from the phone, from beside the day it acts on. Page your own crew from your phone. An administrator standing in a bay can now write and send an agency alert, the same one the website sends. Recording a dose is one tap from anywhere in Controlled Substances. An Administer button sits over the list on every tab. It asks which unit, then which vial, and every dose now records the authority it was given under — standing, verbal or written order — and the clinician who gave it. Counting is per medication, not per vial. Twenty vials of the same drug is one line and one number you enter yourself, rather than twenty identical rows. A restock has to be walked before it can be filed, and opening a box to draw a dose always asks for the new seal tag. Your agency dashboard shows shape, not just totals. Eight charts covering how much you are doing, whether it is getting harder, what crews decided, where they are going and when it happens. Announcements you cannot miss. A notice from Cordial Systems now appears once, on screen, and can be scheduled to land on a morning you will read it. More on screen at home. The home board carries more of your modules in the same space. State time questions are asked properly. A dispatch time is a time picker and the dispatch-to-bed interval is a number, seeded from the road route and yours to overwrite. Fixed: a notification tapped from the lock screen while the app was closed opened the app but went nowhere. It takes you to the notification now.

The rig check knows gear from drugs. A c-collar or a set of spider straps filed from the phone was recorded as a medication with no expiry date, so it showed on the drug report as missing a date and did not appear on the equipment report at all. Gear is now filed as gear, with its condition and how many you found. A part-finished rig check is kept. If you answered a compartment entirely in gear — conditions, counts, tick boxes, typed answers — the app did not think you had started, so nothing was saved and nothing was offered back. Anything you have answered is now held for you. A date for every vial. A row that carries three vials gives you three date boxes, and scanning fills the next empty one instead of writing over the first. Scanning only where there is something to scan. The "scan a vial" button no longer appears above a compartment holding only cots and irons. Your own words for the three answers. If your agency renamed Ready, Needs Attention and Missing, the truck check and the rig check both use your names now, the same ones the website shows. Shift trades ask the right questions. A trade offers only the days it is allowed to use, no longer offers a day you are already working, and gives you all four answers to a swap rather than two.

Calls for Service. The run log is ordered by the incident number your agency files a call under, and you can search it by that number however you write it down, or by an address, a unit or a nature. Filter to what is running, what closed, or the calls your phone was alerted about. Calls that are finished now say so, and the log reaches back a full month instead of stopping at fifty. Your home screen is app icons. Drag one where you want it, and put the ones you use in a folder. Gear Checkoff. Your own turnout gear first, and the check you file at your locker. A notification you missed is still there when you look for it. Run the roster from your phone. An agency admin can add a person, edit them, deactivate them and set a PIN without opening a laptop. Correct what was filed. An AED check, an incident report and three other modules can be corrected on the phone, with a record of what was changed and why. Hiring. An applicant's resume and documents open on the phone, five minutes before the interview rather than at a desk. Scheduling. The whole schedule loads rather than the first thousand rows, an open shift says how many people already want it, and a trade names the coworker instead of a permission slug. A saved weather report shows all seven days. Also: every calculator says where its formula came from, an edit that never touched an asset no longer zeroes its value, Fire Hydrants has its icon back, and the maps draw on a basemap that does not print API KEY REQUIRED across itself.

Calls for Service. If your agency is on a CAD, dispatch now reaches the phone: the running calls at the top of Home, the full run log of everything sent, and an alert the moment a call goes out. Open a call for the reporting party and a callback number you can tap to dial, the dispatch notes as they are typed, and the EMD card. A home screen you can arrange. Hold any tile to pick it up, drop one on another to make a group, fold a section away, or search for a module by name. Fleet Maintenance now covers DOT periodic inspections on the federal checklist, service close-out and return to service. Also since 1.5: employee evaluations you can sign on the phone, NERIS reporting, rebuilt Reports with charts, agency maps and fire hydrants, personnel records, AED checks, Emergency Planning documents, a Rule of Nines burn chart that feeds the fluid calculator, a shared education library, and open-shift types in Scheduling.
