Great experience but limited language options

I love MAX but I live in Bulgaria and the only languages available are Bulgarian and English. Support keeps telling me they cant add Spanish to my account because it was made in Bulgaria, not in Spain, which to me sounds crazy stupid, since the app is available in other languages as well. I don't understand why you cant just select other languages like in the other streaming services…

I have been a customer of the HBO app since the beginning, it has had several different names, looks and ways to use it. I have to admit some of the old content was great, but I've read that it's copyright or ownership issues and that sort of thing that leads to bad content these days. The only difference from pair air TV in which I can go back seven days, is that I now have long-term access to Discovery episodes or sports events on Eurosport. But bad content very few new hit titles, I'm talking about movies and series. I can do a live stream from the application of my paid air TV. Movies and series make the difference, but now the production companies have their own apps, but how do they appear on HBO max? I don't want paid to watch the same stuff for three months, watching it once can be ok! Poor, poor content. I also think the functionality is not up to par. The developers of the application have taken some money, but they have made a rather watery, even overly flooded application in terms of vision. There could be a navigation menu that is more user friendly, also the new content added - why is it mixed? I want to be able to see only the new movies, or the new series, or only the new shows! Seeing a hundred icons on the screen and not being able to navigate. The font of the menus is modern, even small. A multi-million dollar media group, can it afford better?

Missing Content and Poor Functionality

I’m really disappointed with the service offered by Max. First of all, a significant amount of content is missing compared to what’s available in other countries. It feels frustrating to see shows and movies that are accessible elsewhere but not in my region. The anime selection is especially lacking – there’s just not enough variety, especially when compared to other streaming platforms.On top of that, the media player is unreliable. The 10-second back and forward buttons are buggy and often don’t work properly, which makes it difficult to navigate through shows smoothly. I expected much better performance for the price. Overall, Max falls short in both content and functionality, and I hope they address these issues soon.
