I’ve been using this app for a long time and everything was fine until recently. Over the past few months, the app started glitching a lot: automatic subtitles are completely off — they skip words even when the speech is clear and other apps can easily recognize it. The color picker tool stopped working altogether — I had to force close the app and reopen it, and only on the second try would it maybe work.But the worst part happened about 2–3 weeks ago, when my paid subscription just stopped working. I noticed some tools disappeared from the interface — for example, face retouching. I was surprised and contacted support two or three weeks ago — and guess what? No one ever replied.So here I am, paying $11 for a subscription that doesn’t even work. My profile says I have a Pro account, but when I go to edit a video, it shows me the free trial version. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app — nothing changed. And even worse, because of that, I lost all my drafts and videos that were stored inside the app.I’m incredibly disappointed.

What the hell is going on with your subscription system?I purchased Pro because I assumed it was the highest-tier plan with access to all features. But it turns out that to use some functions, I’m expected to buy additional subscriptions on top of Pro.Can someone explain the logic behind this? Why doesn’t a Pro subscription automatically include the features available in lower-tier plans? Why do users have to navigate multiple subscription levels and pay extra for things that should reasonably be included in the premium package?Right now, the whole system feels unnecessarily confusing and gives the impression that users are constantly being pushed toward yet another paid upgrade.Please make the subscription structure clearer: if someone pays for the highest-tier plan, they should get full access to all features without needing to purchase additional subscriptions.

I have been paying for the Pro version for a long time and I do not understand what I am paying for?! I work as a video editor and yesterday the automatic subtitles function stopped working, which is one of the most important for my work.
