• Download the Eleven app and sign up in just a couple of minutes — you only need a phone number and a bank card for payment.
• Find the nearest scooter on the in‑app map.
• Scan the QR code on the handlebar, choose a pricing plan, and tap “Start.”
• Take the scooter, push off, and press the throttle — it is located on the right side of the handlebar.
• Keep an eye on the scooter’s battery level to reach a parking zone in time.
• End your rental in designated areas so the scooter does not obstruct pedestrians or traffic.

BICYCLES
Another convenient way to travel available in Minsk is e‑bikes. You can reserve a bike via the app by scanning the QR code on the frame and enjoy a comfortable ride around the city.
SUBSCRIPTION
Get a free start for scooter and bike rentals, extended reservation time for scooters, other subscription benefits, and also earn cashback and spend it on your rides.
GROUP RIDE
Rent up to 5 scooters or bicycles from a single account — just rent several vehicles one by one by scanning their QR codes.
RESERVATION AND WAITING MODE
You can reserve a scooter in advance in the app — for a limited time no one else will be able to take it. During a ride, a waiting mode is available: you temporarily pause the trip, lock the scooter, and take care of your own business without worrying about its safety.
BONUSES
Top up your in‑app balance and receive additional bonuses for rides — the higher the top‑up amount, the more profitable it is to ride.

The Eleven service is available in Minsk, Grodno, Brest, and Gomel. Nice service. But map moving doesn’t work correctly. The map moves only first time and then I can’t navigate the map on my IPhone 6s Plus with iOS 12.4.1

Honestly, I think that fares should be less than taxi. If the price of a taxi and electric scooter is the same, then you would rather choose taxi , since it is faster.The point of having scooters in the city is a cheaper price. Well, you can use electric scooter twice, just for fun, but no more. I think you would attract more customers with less price.

Car sharing and electric scooter sharing are two different services, each with its own "pluses" and "minuses". If you need a quick trip over a short distance, it is more convenient to take a scooter.
Failure to complete my ride at the so call park of electric bike

I always use Eleven but today it has really got me nervous, i couldn’t complete my ride although i was at the so call parking, till I called the support. Very bad experience as most of my plan failed as i spent a lot of time trying to end the ride. And my money was counting

The service does not work as it must

Sometimes scooters cannot be found by theirs location. It makes me think some people hide them in the buildings and the most worst thing that the support service does nothing to predict this… Just apologizes and no any strategies of fixing this…
