Do update to the latest version of the app. If you still face issues with the app crashing, please carry out a reset of the app by going to settings. Do send out an email to desk@zohomobile.com if the issue persists and we will get back to you.
Pretty useless - spend time typing out a reply to a ticket only to have it crash 3 times in a row. Super frustrating and makes the app useless.
