Pretty good app. Good instructions ( except the part where you re suppose to draw features ). Free for 2 takes. Then you gotta pay.

Awesome business / software. Allows me to do my business. Works ok with the Insta 360 One X 2 but app disconnects from camera frequently. Matterport Pro 2 almost never disconnects from the app, just wish it was quicker at taking pictures. Also would be nice if the monthly costs weren’t so high. And if there was actual tracking within the tours. Like how many clicks on each digital tag / what time / did they click on the hyperlink etc. Would be soooo helpful & would gladly pay more for those features.

Great app, blurry photos

This is an amazing app for showcasing a room in 3D and can generate to scale accurate models of rooms or entire floors. However, using the iPhone to capture photos produces subpar results. (iPhone 16 pro). I’ve noticed when capturing 3D scans with LiDAR and regular 360* photos that all photos are quite blurry. Prior to taking a photo, the shot looks clean and I can see text from banners and posters on the phone screen, but once it captures the photo it drops resolution immensely making the final product very blurry and pretty much not worth showing. I’m not sure if this is an issue that others have had but it’s unfortunate for an otherwise great app.
