Hello, I really like the app but since iPad os16 the dynamic pen color doesn’t change when switching your iPad between light and dark mode. The ink color stays black so you can’t see what you’re writing. I emailed your support a few weeks ago and never received a response back.

I like the ability to write my calendar so I want to try out the app. But before I even finish writing the first letter, it kept telling me to pay and view plans. I don’t feel like paying something I don’t even know. It makes me feel uncomfortable so delete right away

Sorry to hear you were unsatisfied! Note that there is a 3 day free trial provided to anyone who wants to try risk free. Cancel any time before the 3 days are up to continue to have access during the trial period.

Sorry to hear that! Please reach out at support@pencilplanner.app and we help you resolve the issue. It's likely the case you aren't using an Apple Pencil and need to double tap the draw tool and enable "Draw with finger"
