The game plays very smoothly and well. My biggest complaint is the AI has a very obvious thumb on the scale (cheats) making it feel like each match is pre-determined.

Just spent the last 2 weeks not able to open the game. I’ve been a daily player for many years, I reached out to customer service for help and they didn’t offer any resolution or reimbursement. Once the game started to work I wasn’t able to retrieve any of my purchases. I bought all expansions. I had to wait again for things to work them selves out on their own. Very disappointed the way I was treated as a long time loyal player. I even specifically asked for credits to make things right and their response was “no, that’s not something we do”.
