Meet the creator: The app started as a chaotic map of restaurant pins saved by CEO Judy Thelen and her husband, Beli’s co-founder, Eliot Frost. “Every foodie we met was keeping their own list, but there was no centralized place to bring them together,” Thelen says. Today Beli counts more than 80 million ratings worldwide.
