Lago 2.5 is the biggest update yet: your ledger now stays live across every device you use — including Android — plus a full Insights screen and an app that is markedly faster everywhere. SYNC ACROSS EVERYTHING • Sign in with Apple or Google and keep your ledger in step on every device, Android included. Pick All Devices Sync or iCloud Device Sync in Settings → Real-Time Sync. • A manual sync counts the records it is sending before it starts, so the progress you see is real — on an in-app status pill and a Live Activity. • Your name and streak travel with you. A device switched off for a week can no longer overwrite a longer streak earned elsewhere. • Pull down on the Dashboard to sync on demand. • Reset Cloud Data, and permanently delete your Lago account, from Settings → Real-Time Sync. INSIGHTS, IN FULL • Tap See All on the dashboard's Smart Insights for a screen spanning 1, 3, 6 or 12 months: income, expense, net and savings rate, an income-vs-expense chart, where your money went and came from with budget comparisons, and the five categories that moved most since last month. UPCOMING BILLS • Credit card and Buy Now Pay Later bills now sit alongside scheduled transactions and loan installments in the next-30-days timeline, each anchored to the cycle you are actually in, with the statement date and amount owed. Overdue bills stay in front instead of skipping to next month's. • Credit-card installment purchases lay out every month of their plan, with interest spread across the term rather than landing entirely in the first month. FASTER EVERYWHERE • Tabs open instantly. Each tab is kept ready once opened, so switching back is immediate — no placeholder, and the tab indicator no longer stalls part-way. • A four-card Deck, with Show All Cards in Settings → View Options. The Deck browses and pages without dropping frames, and swipes follow your finger. ALSO NEW • Choose your Smart Input engine: the on-device model or Gemini. • Receipt scanning keeps individual line items, and no longer counts service charge, gratuity or delivery fees as things you bought. FIXED • Duplicate transactions left behind by a sync are merged, so totals stop counting them twice. • Syncing no longer freezes the app or gets it shut down by iOS. It runs clear of the main thread, re-reads only what changed, and stops looping. • Pull-to-refresh can no longer spin forever on a stale session. • Empty notifications are filtered out, and automatic-post and interest notices no longer appear twice across devices. • The achievements tally no longer reads "35 of 33" after unlocking a secret medal.

Lago 2.4 makes it easier to understand your money and keep your ledger in sync across devices. • Explore expanded Insights across 1, 3, 6, or 12 months, including spending trends, category breakdowns, budgets, savings rate, and your biggest changes. • Keep your data aligned across iPhone, iPad, and Android with optional All Devices Sync. Apple Devices Sync through iCloud remains available for Apple-only setups. • Follow sync progress directly in the app, Dynamic Island, and Live Activities. You can also pull down on the Dashboard to sync on demand. • Your profile name, activity, and streak now follow you across supported devices. • Safer first-time sync helps prevent duplicate ledgers and categories by asking before replacing existing local data. • Enjoy a smoother, faster Account Deck, along with fixes for installment interest, stalled sync, progress indicators, and achievement totals. Optional Apple Intelligence features remain available on supported devices. Lago’s charts, totals, and standard insights continue to work without them.

Credit-card installments got a lot better this release. NEW • See what an installment actually costs each month. Split a purchase over 3 months and Lago now shows the monthly amount as you set it up — plus how far it has posted and what's due next when you open it later. • Reminders are explained before we ask. A new onboarding page covers what Lago uses notifications for — recurring bills, upcoming card payments, budgets nearing their limit — so you can decide with the full picture. FIXED • Installment interest is now spread across the months. It used to be charged entirely in the first cycle, making month one look far more expensive than it really was. Existing installments are corrected automatically. • iCloud sync no longer stalls on installments. Saving one could pause Device Sync and leave it paused. Anything that was stuck waiting now uploads on its own. • Progress rings actually move. The indicator shown during backups, imports, restores and Nearby Transfer sat frozen on the Lock Screen, in the Dynamic Island and on your Mac. • Statement and due dates are right on the day a statement closes. Cards briefly showed next month's statement — and pushed the payment due date a month out with it. • No more "Payment Overdue" on cards you've already paid. Paying on time, or early, didn't register as paying at all, so a settled card kept nagging into the next cycle. • Budget carries over the moment a new month opens, instead of sitting empty until you visited the previous month first. • PRO trial reminders you can count on. The "2 days before your trial ends" nudge now arrives however you started your trial. • Notification permission is no longer requested at launch, before anything has been explained. • Getting back to Budget from Savings Goals is a single button now, not a menu.

A fresh, consistent typeface across every screen, sheet, menu, and form — with balances that always render in the right weight. • A Wallet-style Account Deck. Your accounts fan out as real, correctly proportioned cards. Tap one to raise it and reveal recent transactions; pull a card down to peek at the one beneath; swipe up to gather the fan. Cards keep their balance, credit cards show what's owed, and with the deck closed you'll see recent activity across a whole account type — all in matching income and expense colors. • Smarter cards. Enter a card's last four digits, or its full number for automatic network detection (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, JCB, UnionPay, Diners). Only the last four and the network name are ever saved. Cards can show that network mark and pick from refreshed neon, geometric, metallic, and woven art. • Apple Watch, upgraded. Your account cards now show the same bank-card art, curated designs, and network marks on your wrist. • Lock Screen widgets. Upcoming Bills, Ledger Balance, and a circular Budget Gauge — placeable right on your Lock Screen, including the bottom slot on iOS 26. • Fixes & polish. Budget widgets now match the Budget tab exactly (correct ledger, refunds included, no duplicate budgets), the credit-utilization bar matches the rest of the app, and the Account Deck now stays smooth while you swipe.

Lago also helps you find the Live Activities setting when it is disabled. • Review recurring transactions safely Tap a recurring transaction to review its details before editing. The cleaner summary avoids repeating the category, while the pencil button provides access to editing. • Recognize accounts more easily Transaction and recurring-transaction details now display bank or custom account symbols, including both From and To accounts for transfers. • More reliable Device Sync Fixed a CloudKit relationship that could prevent syncing from starting. Device Sync now reports its actual status and clearly identifies errors or local-storage fallback.

Faster transaction review, and a whole new look for your Home Screen widgets. • Tap any transaction to see a clean summary instantly — merchant, amount, category, account, and date, all before you touch a single field. Scanned receipts open full-screen with pinch-to-zoom, and transfers and subscriptions now show their real bank or brand logo instead of a generic icon. • Home Screen widgets got a full redesign: clearer numbers, softer colors, and a brand-new compact Balance widget for your net worth and this month's change at a glance.
