Escape: Quarantine is a hand-drawn escape-room adventure set in a hospital that has already lost.
The wards are silent. The doors are sealed from the outside. Whatever moved through this building is still moving, and the only way past it is to think faster than it does.
Search every room. Pick apart lockers, vending machines, fuse boxes and morgue drawers. Combine what you find, work out the codes, and open the next door before the clock runs out.
