YOUR CAMERA IS THE COUNTER
Prop your iPhone upright around knee height, stand side-on about 6–8 feet away, and keep your whole body in frame. Stand tall, squat down, pause briefly, then return to standing. Guided setup helps you find the right position. No wearable, gym equipment, or manual rep tapping required.
