Two new features help you organize your tracked time – on two independent levels: by project and by tag. Projects Every entry belongs to exactly one project – for example a client or a job. This way you can see where your hours are going. • Filter the calendar and statistics by a single project. • Export a project's hours as a PDF – for example as proof for an invoice or a report. Tags Tags describe the context of your work – such as working from home or in the office. An entry can have any number of tags, completely independent of the project, and tags are always optional. • You assign tags when creating or editing an entry – even while tracking is in progress. Tagged entries are marked with an icon in the calendar. • In the statistics you can see, for each of your tags, the total hours and the number of days you used it – for example to document your home office days for your tax return.
