Terrible experience. I contacted Zara about my order and they couldn’t even give me a clear answer about where it is or when I will receive it. All they told me is that they “don’t know” — which is completely unacceptable for a company this size. I’ve already paid for my order and yet there is zero transparency, zero support, and absolutely no sense of responsibility. This has been extremely frustrating and I honestly don’t feel like ordering from Zara again after this.

Terrible experience. I contacted Zara about my order and they couldn’t even give me a clear answer about where it is or when I will receive it. All they told me is that they “don’t know” — which is completely unacceptable for a company this size. I’ve already paid for my order and yet there is zero transparency, zero support, and absolutely no sense of responsibility. This has been extremely frustrating and I honestly don’t feel like ordering from Zara again after this.

My order was partially sent to me, and the other part from the same set was sent separately, never delivered, and cancelled silently even without any refund or contact from the store. I ended up with half of the set (it was bedding, so I have bedsheets and pillows, but no duvet covers now), no refund, no replacement, and no one responded to my emails. Fantastic customer experience. I will never buy anything here again.

I have ordered items on sale and they have informed me after a week that they were unable to locate all the items in my order. They have created multiple orders with items from my original order and they have charged me delivery fee for each this orders.
