I have a PRO and sometimes I can’t download a video in a that shape, which I made in the App... For example, I made an Instagram story with video and when I downloadd it, there is just a part of picture and not story, but post shape 😰

Even thought this app makes the job I’m still sometimes not able to download the files with emojis I use This makes my “work” a lot of harder because my followers are waiting for a new post but well I can’t post it without the main design part which are the emojis Are you able to fix it?

User friendly and useful for many things
First time I touched you was 10 years ago, while I was working in Newport, Sydney’s Northern Beaches.How easy it was to create with you. I felt so powerful.My busy mind didn’t let me appreciate your best qualities. I would change things, and make a mess, nothing had its place.But you educated me, showed me the way, offered me classes, and I learned.In 2019 I decided to join your Premium OF, just because you deserve it. Never regretted a moment with you.Happy 10th anniversary, baby 😍
So far my fav editing app! Especially on computer its a lifechanging expirience. In school we are *forced* to use microsoft (word, etc. ) dont get me wrong I like power point but I just dont vibe with word :( , so I will always use canva and get the highest grade :D . ╰(*´︶`*)╯♡
Very good app for creating projects ✨ very intuitive and easy to use. I really recommend to buy a premium, because it saves a lot of time and has so many good tools.
I love this app, i can make invitations to celebrate my birthday, about five years ago my dad and I had to look for pictures for 2 and at the end we had to make the invitation by hand, thank you
When I want to view the form analytics, it asks me to pay. And having to pay for this just goes to show that the people who came up with Canva must not have much money if they want us to pay for things like this. Please do something about it.

bought a paid subscription. when adding videos from your archive to a publication, videos do not work, videos are not shown. Why?
