While it contains many features, it’s super simple for reading, highlighting and commenting. Also, i like that i can create bookmarks easily to navigate in the document. If it has auto bookmark creation using titles, sub-title, that would fantastic.

A simple editor that does everything you need to work efficiently with pdf articles. One thing irritates me though: when marking up, highlighted passages are thrown off when the ipad is turned over, the translucency of the color changes randomly. If this can't be fixed, I'll have to sadly stop using Foxit and try a different pdf viewer.

Reflow doesn’t work consistently

Foxit is not able to reflow certain documents where the page is an image of text. They could do so—the existence of other pdf readers that can do this is proof, e.g. Reflow—but for some reason they have chosen not to. So for some substantial percentage of book files, Foxit is functionally useless.
