Hello! I’d like to say I was never a fan of streaming services like Disney, Netflix, HBO etc. but you’ve changed my mind! I love how simple the app looks, yet it’s organized and modern. Fix offline downloads

Good working app & content, just for the love of god please fix renewing already downloaded & expired content. All other apps (Netflix, Max etc) manage to that just by clicking Refresh/Renew without downloading the content again... Why do I have to download everything again all the time??? Do you not have to pay for your cloud egress traffic? I like to keep a set of shows for my kid permanently on the iPad and every trip we do I spend good 15-30 mins before re-downloading everything.

SkyShowtime's Disappointing Customer Service

I really liked SkyShowtime, and we used it for a long time. However, I canceled my subscription on April 4, 2024 (thankfully, I kept the email confirmation of the cancellation), but they still charged me the monthly fee three more times afterwards. When I contacted support, they apologized and mentioned that there was a system error, promising to refund the money. When I asked about compensation, since they would have continued to charge me had I not noticed, they said they couldn't offer anything and hoped I would return as a customer. Truly, this shows a lack of customer-centric approach.

I installed the app and forget for a few months. There weren’t much movies and shows for me, so I didn’t open it for months. But not long ago I found out they not just high-up the price, but there were double payments! The app decided to use adds (on app we already paying for, but ok), and WITHOUT MY CONSENT the app set itself on “Plus”, where you pay for no add version ( that was the second payment). And when I openned the app now I STILL GET THE ADDS?! Are you kidding me?! You charge me for something WITHOUT MY CONSENT and then DON’T GIVE ME WHAT I PAID FOR?! Instant canselation! You are just a thiefs!
