Hej Pluto team. Rigtig dejligt med gratis app. Mange fede kanaler. Jeg er mest udfordret af de manglende undertekster. Jeg har forsøgt at ændre indstillingerne på min iphone så CC ikonet kommer frem men det sker ikke. Kan i hjælpe eller ved i om der er en løsning undervejs? 😊

Bliver smidt af konstant

Hvis jeg streamer via min chromecast bliver jeg ofte smidt af og jeres app kan ikke huske hvor langt man er kommet, så hvis man vil se det igen, skal man igennem flere reklamepauser. Det samme gør sig gældende, når jeg ser udsendelser via fjernsynets app, hvor jeg konstant bliver smidt af i øjeblikket (dette problem oplevede jeg ikke tidligere). Disse problemstillinger kan jeg se at andre brugere også har oplevet, men det er åbenbart ikke blevet udbedret.Typisk sker det når jeg ser live TV og når der kommer reklamer.

Går i fejl efter hver reklamesøjle😡

I har kendt fejlen i mere end 6 md at app gå i fejl eller hopper fra konstant, men det er stadig ikke rettet!!! Så reklamer ska ses dobbelt op hvert 15 min og man skal selv huske hvor langt man er kommet og “spole” frem.Få det Fixet!!
