A big release. Taska now watches for the moment you can act, and tells you. ■ An alarm when you arrive Reach the place and an alarm rings until you stop it, even with the app closed (iOS 26 and later). Tap Open to stop it and go straight to the action. ■ Conditions, in one section Defer date, place and contexts sit together. When everything you set is met, the action shows up in Available now. - Add as many contexts as you like (@Computer and @Work, say) - Pick a one-off place on the map, no context needed - Give a context "Alert when I arrive" - Place tags show how far away you are ■ Calendar by year, month, week and day Week shows seven readable columns; Day lays items on a timeline. A list of everything with a date is one tap away. ■ Details with Cancel and Done Action, project and context details open as a sheet and save when you tap Done. A fix-only release, gathering everything found in 2.0. - Fixed Japanese input: what you typed could disappear, or stay in the field after being added. - Added a clear (×) button to every text field. - Added "Revert edits" to task, project and context details — it restores what it looked like when you opened it. - Tap an Inbox row to fix what you wrote (clarify from the button at the right of the row). - You can now add line breaks in the add field (Shift+Return, or the New line key above the keyboard). - "Delegate it" now works after Clarify too, and the link can go straight to LINE or Messages. - Past appointments in Calendar, and appointments in Next Actions, can be swiped away.

2.0 is the version that remembers things for you. Fewer decisions to make. - Delegate tasks to other people. Send a link; if they use Taska, the task lands in their Inbox. Accepted, declined and done come back to your Waiting For list on their own, so you never have to ask "how's that going?" - Appointments whose time has passed are gathered below the Calendar, so you can clear them in one tap. - When you finish an action in a sequential project, Taska tells you which action just became available. - Weekly Review now names the items you have deferred clarifying five or more times. - In Clarify, "Have the AI mark its picks" marks the AI's suggestion at each decision point. You still make the choice (Premium). - If you signed in with Apple, you can now delete your account from the Account screen. It erases your data and disconnects Sign in with Apple. A Premium subscription continues on Apple's side; cancel it separately if you no longer want it. - The last steps of the welcome tour let you set the @Home and @Work locations right there. - Crash reports (where it crashed, device, OS) are now sent so we can fix problems. Your tasks are never included.

- Added "Erase all data" to the Account screen. The privacy policy said it was there; the button was not.

- The first clarify question is now "What is this?", with three answers: something to do, nothing to act on, or about goals or how I want to live. Things with no end, like purpose and principles, can now go straight from the Inbox to their horizon. - Removed the "can it be done in two minutes?" question. After naming an action, tap "Already done" to finish it on the spot. Whether to do it now is for you to decide, wherever you are. - Time available in Available now (Premium) is now automatic. It reads how long until your next appointment from the calendar and holds back longer actions. Nothing to declare, and nothing to forget to switch off. - Removed "Use it as material for a project you already have" from clarifying. Material can be added from the project screen. - The widget, the share sheet and the permission prompts are now in English too. - In Next Actions, the place and time tags now wrap when they run long. They were being cut off mid-word.

- Fixed a problem that made it impossible to buy Premium. The product details could not be fetched, so the purchase screen went nowhere. We are sorry for the trouble. - When you realise "this was never one action", you can now turn it into a project. The original action is not deleted - it stands as the first move. - Every row in the Weekly Review now takes you straight to the place it names. It said "5 left" with no way to get there. - Added "If you get stuck" to the Account screen: the support guide, and an email to report a problem. The version and device are filled in for you. - Anything you have been waiting on for more than 7 days is now marked on the Home screen. Until now you had to open the Weekly Review to notice. - "Set the place" in the intro now opens @Home directly, instead of stopping at the list of contexts. - When nothing has been captured yet, the Home screen showed only empty boxes. It now offers a first step.
