A very good accessible alternative to Facebook Business suite for Screen Reader users

Not only is this a great app to help manage your socials, plan ideas and turn them into posts and increase engagement, it’s a very good accessible alternative to other apps which lack such ease of access. Please can we have the option to switch on or off the new focus screen though when composing? I get the significance for users, however it gets in my way and actually has led to content being updated for a time that I didn’t intend from a screen reader user perspective. Other than that keep up the great work.

This app is good but extremely expensive in my opinion for what you get. It could also be a bit more intuitive. It’s not clear when posting to multiple different platforms in the app as opposed to on the website where the different descriptions can go. It definitely saves time but could be a bit easier to navigate and show more useful information and analytics on my posts.
Great for small one man business like mine

As a wedding and events photographer, building and maintaining a social presence is important. Doing so across many platforms and in a coherent and consistent manner is even more important. Buffer allows me to do this.Only negative I have about buffer is that it won't easily let me post longer posts to twitter. I want to duplicate posts across Facebook, google+ and twitter but the 140 character limit typically prevents this. It would be great if it spread the post out across multiple tweets or similar solution. Instead I only benefit from buffer posting to Facebook and goolge+ simultaneously and have to handle twitter separately. Also it would be great to be able to manage a simultaneous post as one. After sending a post to buffer it splits it across channels. If I need to edit it I have to do so in each channel (Facebook and google+) separately, which sometimes I forget to do.

Now it is just inefficient, erratic, the app frequently fails to work. Using the web app also fails to do the simplest things, such as re-order the posts, switch to scheduled etc., and why remove the REBUFFER function? That was one of the most useful features.I loved this app prior to these updates. Recommended it without hesitation. Now what was quick and efficient takes repeated attempts and sometimes never actually allows you to do what you need to do. Absolutely gutted, would’ve stayed with them forever.Edit: Thank you for responding. I will email you and see if we can resolve some issues but without even the rebuffer or ability to duplicate posts, already looking for an alternative after well over a decade of loyal subscribing.
