The app glitches most of the time. It doesn’t make buying of data a simple and seamless experience. When there are faults, the users are not notified or even compensated for the inconvenience. When there are glitches starting on a Friday evening, it wouldn’t be fixed through the weekend until Monday. During the glitches, you can’t see history, balance of data and airtime, data cannot be bought, etc. Yet, mtn has limited the 50% bonus to only the app. Meanwhile, unless you use *170# or any other promt, you can’t buy data on the app. This is very bad as we the users use it during the weekend. It’s pointless to call the hotline on a weekend because no one attends to you and you can be on it for long. Also, it doesn’t make sense how quickly a “just 4 you” bundle finishes. And when you go to the app to view history, it can’t show you and when it does, makes no sense. Please fix this! Seeing as it’s very bad and inconvenient.

Great app but needs a few adjustments

This app is a very good app but there is one minor issues when i am using this app.One of these issues is that every time I log back on the app to make a few transactions, there is one thing I have noticed about my airtime and data balance, it doesn’t reset automatically and this can be disturbing sometimes because without the app automatically refreshing my balance to its current state, I sometimes tend to feel like have made a wrong transaction. This is not much to ask for but I hope you fix this issue with the app.

Great app but needs a few adjustments

This app is a very good app but there is one minor issues when i am using this app.One of these issues is that every time I log back on the app to make a few transactions, there is one thing I have noticed about my airtime and data balance, it doesn’t reset automatically and this can be disturbing sometimes because without the app automatically refreshing my balance to its current state, I sometimes tend to feel like have made a wrong transaction. This is not much to ask for but I hope you fix this issue with the app.

Logged out of MyMTN app

I’ve been logged out of the MyMTN app and it refuses to let me back in. I’ve got the latest version installed I tried refreshing it, I’ve given it a week to see if it’ll be resolved but nothing seems to work. The login page appears alright but anytime I click on the login button to input my details, it flashes to the home screen interface and then bring me right back to the login page. Is there a particular reason why this seems to be happening?I also noticed that notifications that come from the app can inly be read from the notification screen. Once you tap to open, it disappears. Sometimes you can’t read the full text in the Notification Center so if that could be resolved, it’ll be okay.

Nothing about them works wellAlso, this time around, I noticed that when you do a transaction and you go to statement, the statement only indicate the name that you’ve sent the money to or you receive the money from the number of the person is not indicated on the statement except when you get the statement to your email, which is very wrong when getting a statement, if you indicate the name and the number of the person to avoid arguments
