I really used to enjoy this game, but it has become increasingly irritating to play. Lately, I’ve frequently being given all vowels and, less often, all consonants. This results in my having to, very often, use a Swap Power-up in order to put together a decent word. To add insult to injury, I’m now being required to spend 20 coins in order to use a Swap. Today, I was charged 40 coins for one Swap. I decided not to use it but was not, then, refunded my coins. Previously, the coins were always refunded if I didn’t use any Power-up. I contacted CS, only to be told to check to see if I needed to update the app. I had recently updated it, but was forced to check it before I could continue the conversation. Surprise. Surprise. I needed, again, to update. Another major issue is that, if I don’t buy a premium version, the rewards are near non-existent. This app has become a joke. If you want to spend real money for the premium version, you’re welcome to. I will not spend any, whatsoever, to play a game I no longer enjoy. Oh yeah, one more thing. Your dictionary is very strange. Words which are familiar to me are not considered valid. Weaving as a noun, sei, ade...just a few, but you get the idea.
