Where is my order ?

I haven’t received no confirmation email about my order and I’m trying to reach out but the phone doesn’t work and they don’t answer to my emails or my dm. They have comments in Instagram allegedly saying that it is a scam and that they don’t receive their goods or their money back. My order seems like it is completed for a few days now and I haven’t received anything, make your own assumptions I guess.

The app is so bad, I want to look for example Crocs but I can’t, I want to check for a dress nope you can’t choose category, size or whatever … what should I do open every section you have in order to find something?? Also there was an ad with Crocs, when I went to the app I couldn’t find them (but I could find them only from the ad) so stupid.

This looks like a scam, I put an order and paid, and there is no tracking number and the order appears to be completed in my account but I have not received anything.
