I’m really disappointed with this whole company and the application. I’ve made my order, I’ve already charged and I can’t find any order. When you are trying to talk with the customer service, which works definitely with AI you can’t find any solution and the one employee gives you a link to another one without any real information and solution. It’s been 48h trying.. I’m really sorry I thought you were a good company, but after this time I feel it’s a fraud. You just took my money and that’s it. Thank you for your help

Absolutely ridiculous, i’m new to this app trying to buy single item i need and everytime i made an account and made a fair payment it would ask me to verify and proof my payment with a document. I send the documents and the result is closing my account. I made 3 accounts and all 3 of them got terminated even tho i followed the instructions. Worst company ever, if i could put 0 stars, i would, thank you for wasting my time, you all are horrible at doing your job.

I can’t have access to my account for months because i changed my phone number and i have 2 times verification and i can’t receive the OTP password in my old phone number. There isn’t any way to update my new phone number for free, but they just recommend to call them and charge for that call… 🤬 very unsatisfied! Thank god there is Ali express and Temu and other platforms to do my shopping! 👌✌️
