I first downloaded the game at 2020. I liked it a lot but I believe that brawlstars is dying.Supercell is trying to bring new players but, the only thing they do is make older player quit. Supercell destroyed Ladder and PowerLeague. In my opinion, the only thing to do is masteries but that’s not enough. Most players will get 2-3 masteries and after that they won’t have what to do. I thing that this summer supercell MUST add something really amazing and interesting or else the game will die. Almost all my friends have stopped playing BS because of the bad updates and because that have nothing to do.Personally, I like the game but I want something new to do.Hope that supercell will revive the game.

Brawl Stars turned out to be a huge disappointment for me. Unfortunately, my cousin had access to my account, and when I reached out to support to have everyone removed from the account, I got blocked. The support team bombarded me with questions I couldn't answer because I couldn't remember, and when I explained this, they simply closed the chat. When I tried again and pleaded for help, I was ignored for days. Now, even as I've created a new account and attempted to recover my old one, the support system is endlessly loading, rendering it useless. This whole experience has left me frustrated and disillusioned with the game and its support. Additionally, I strongly advise against playing this game due to the lack of reliable support. My experience with their support team was beyond frustrating, and it's clear that if anything goes wrong, you're left to fend for yourself. Save yourself the headache and find a game with better customer service. Furthermore, if anyone from the company happens to come across this review, I sincerely hope they can assist me with resolving my issue. It's disheartening to encounter such difficulties, especially as a player who genuinely enjoys the game.

At first I liked this game and I progressed insanely fast. But I have a confession to make and you will probably agree. The game 2 years ago was way better. Championships were full sweaty, top ladder amazing, YouTubers really popular and of course el primo showdown (don’t have to say anything). Right now I managed to win the 15 win championship with randoms, I got top 60 in the world with Jacky using duels glitch, YouTubers aren’t doing very good (personal preference)…. And now the game has filled with a very young audience which doesn’t help the game. Also I don’t really want to talk about this game being p2w. With money you clearly gain an early advantage against the f2p players(brawl pass) Also I liked at first when updates were coming but now the only thing I expect is a new boring brawl pass, like clash Royale. These days I can’t get too excited and that’s why I stopped playing. What I would suggest is to at least make championships harder (ex. Make it 20 wins) and to change the brawl pass with something better or even worse. That’s what I had to say. Bye!
