After using it for a few weeks and having a few matches everyday, one day everything stopped! I came to realise that they shadow ban your account cuz you’re using the free version and you have to make a new account again for new matches.

First of all, you can't even message people without getting premium (at least as a man). The whole point of a social app is people interaction but here it is only a premium feature. The only way is to like someone's profile and to see who likes you in return premium needed again. Swiping right and sending compliments doesn't get you noticed (and I'm a good looking guy). I've tried opening moves too and it still does not allow you to start a basic chat. Plus absolutely disgusting promotions we will "highlight" your profile if you pay this small fee, makes me think they are hiding profile on purpose. As if this was not enough their algorithm is useless, I kept getting very similar profiles all the time, none with matching interests and all within a few years of my age even though I explicitly selected a wider range but never got anyone close to the ends of spectrums. And to top it the platform pushes heavily modern agenda (lgbt+, blm, pronouns and feminism).Altogether, not a good experience for someone normal, looking for someone normal, the normal way.
The worst support ever

Almost a year have been passed with subscription and from day 1, I have problem with it. The support instead of find and fix the issues, they respond "ooops sorry, here is the super swipes, we updated your subscription etc" every single week I send them email that my swipes didn't renew as it should (I had used them all on time) and the "do me a favor" of renew them. After I told them that I will not renew, they gave me 1 month extra without informing apple and now my sub renewed on time (prior the gift) but they cancel it one month later and they say that "sorry we don't find your payment " although I sent them all of the receipts. The tell me to speak with apple to do what exactly?
