The app is great after the upgrade! You can easily place your order online, and you can also find all the information you need about machines and accessories. They’ve also added a member card feature, which is very convenient, so you can have it with you whenever you visit any Nespresso boutique.

Bought the machine impulsively because its beautiful! Did not see it needs special capsules for vertuo and store did not say. Went to website to register it didnt work. Downloaded the app, did not work. Went to store sane day, systems were down they could take only cash. We asked to see the Capsules smell touch read packaging in order to decide and we were not allowed. They gave as a leaflet to choose. Very alienating and cold experience for a product offering taste and indulgence. Later the app worked. Needs serious ux updates. Does not save progress, its not updated with the stores or the or machine models and colors of machines. Finally managed to place an order but I am dissatisfied with first impression. Hope coffee is good.
