Too slow from last Christmas or so that they launched a new version. Every time I try to open the app it says Error. And then it starts after quite a while. The pics do not load. I have stopped buying from my cellphone because every time I close the app very much irritated from the poor quality of the site. The previous version was fast and overall good. Cant believe you haven’t fixed the problems so many months.

I like it but It can have some improvement on the wish list to add more items ! the shopping card need to have the option to buy only one item even if you have more on your cart and not needing to delete all the other items
Bad UX/UI in the latest update

The latest update is really bad, very bad user experience. I preferred the previous version. Size availabilities with the product pages are so difficult to view with plain copy without any boxes around the sizes. Viewing the images of poducts within a product page is awful; if you click on an image you can swipe to see all images on zoom, you need to click out…this is horrible. The main page that you need to swipe left to see all the campaigns in 1 million pages, is again so not user-friendly. I don’t understand this update on the UX/UI. I miss the previous version. This is really bad in my opinion.
Hideous in service & communication with the brand

The help and contact is elaborately hidden because the brand wants the customers to have minimum contact with the offices. The chat is where the true issue is... it is unbelievably hideous (also the chat is your ONLY way to resolve issues), as the response time is minimum 3-4 minutes from their side, you cannot minimize and use your phone in between and if your phone locks screen (which will do in the many minutes it takes for zara to response back to even say hello) you loose absolutely everything. Basically to finish a chat with just a few lines back and forth you need to keep tapping on your phone so it does bot close for half an hour. HATE IT
