Work on your online app! I ordered through your app in Bosnia and Herzegovina because there is no store in my town, the app does not allow me to return some pants that don’t fit me. After writing an email to your custom service, I never received an answer, you have very lazy customer service. I will delete the application and never order online again, you are a big company that this kind of thing happens often.

Kad mjenjam regiju i trebam se ponovno ulogirati, odaberem da mi se posalje verifikacioni kod na broj mobitela ili na mejl, dodje mi verifikacioni kod i ne zeli ga prihvatiti, odaberem da dodje drugim putem, ista stvar. Onda ga tako pustim jedan dan i sutradan proradi. Pokusavam nesto naruciti i vec mi zna podatke, kada me baci na prvi korak gdje se mora upisati ime, prezime i broj telefona, vec je upisano ali ne mogu nastaviti dalje. To mi se vec jednom dogodilo i trebala sam izbrisati sve podatke, ispuniti ponovno i onda mi je dopustilo dalje na placanje medjutim evo sad ne mogu nastaviti dalje sa svim ispunjenim podacima. Trebaju malo poraditi na tome, osim toga je sve top.
