Hello ! your pages are really great, so much so that the anime camp is also big in Hungary and the range of viewers is very large! it would be great if there were also Hungarian language on the site and subtitles for the animes . Even if you are a fan, as most of the time, English is not always official. A tiled layout would be good for the application because of transparency, because you can see a maximum of 3 series on the mobile screen when filtering! I would easily pay you in advance, but English is difficult, although it is not visible here, but with my own language, it would be great if you could assign subtitles to it!

Some issues I have: - The download function is horrible. It constantly gives error messages. And ahen it does you have to start the download all over again. - Downloading episodes starts with english dub automatically, so you have to set them to japanese manually… When I am on the 6th episode and I press download on the 7th, why on Earth do you download it in english automatically?… - Downloads are inconsistant. Trying to download a film takes forever ( only if it succeeds after 5 retrys) -When you start watching a new show it always starts with english dub. Why is there no oltion to save my preference ONCE? -The subtitles often have typos, and sometimes they are so bad I wouldn’t be surprised if they were generated by AI.. -Crunchyroll has no TV app.. A streaming service that doesn’t have an app for Samsung TVs. Welcome to 2024. -Paying for Crunchyroll you get a Manga app. But it’s library is horrible, with minimal functionality. -There is no ,,Planned’’, ,,Watched’’ or ,,Dropped’’ lists. if you started watching something that you don’t want to finish you have to either watch every other episode to ,,Watched’’ or go to your history and delete every single entry in that series. -There is a setting for ..Show me marure content’’ but it does nothing since Crunchyroll censors a lot of shows. How do they do it? They make random objects float in to block stuff. Just use pixels or a black box, but don’t block a cleveage with a random snake or apple.. -Shows get randomly taken off the site. I guess because of some copyright issues, but why on earth do you have shows with only the 2nd season and not the 1st? I accidentally watched the second season of a show because crunchyroll only had that, and then I had to search for the first season on another platform. These are the issues that came to my mind. Sometimes I wonder why do I even pay for any of this..

If the company itself wasn’t so money hungry, this app would have been a 5 star from me and that is the only reason I didn’t give it just 1. Unfortunately, the way they handle the perks of subscription tiers is so abysmal that I cannot rate the rest objectively. The recently announced change, that they’re taking away access to the Store from Fans while making no real effort to make the pricier tiers seem more enticing is outrageous. They all basically offer the same with the smallest little added bonuses, like offline HD viewing and access to an honestly subpar game vault. The store discounts and availability were fine the way they were, they needed no change. And not everybody can afford or wants to fork over 14 dollars a month for the same quality they can get for just 10.This is not a company I will be giving any money to in the future, it feels just as much of a good idea as throwing it down a sink hole to see what happens.

So I watched the app while travelling and from home. I always have streaming issues. Like the screen is always loading. Doesnt matter if I have 2000 mbps internet or 600 its always loading on 5G too. I am kinda bored of it. Although i ve been a paid member for years. Last year i went and watched 400 hours of shows while travelling and was always loading. Bit disappointed to be frank… wathcing from EU mostly. But last year was watching from US tooo same problem.
