Kan Do: Project Management
Productivity
Rp 59ribu
Siri AI adds tasks and answers questions about your projects, Extra Large widgets fill your Home Screen, and Smart Lists filter tasks your way!
Organize your work into Spaces and Projects, then move tasks across the columns you define. Every card shows what matters at a glance: a cover image, subtitle, tags, priority, and due date. Open any task and you get a full markdown notes editor with headings, lists, checkboxes, images, and file attachments.
ORGANIZE YOUR WAY
• Kanban boards with drag-and-drop cards, columns, and dividers
• A list view for every project, with drag to reorder
• Spaces group your projects; tags cut across them
• Smart lists for Inbox, Today, Upcoming, and Flagged
• Archive completed work, or keep it crossed out on the board
CAPTURE THE DETAILS
• Rich notes on every task: headings, bold, lists, to-do checkboxes, quotes, and code
• Attach images and files right in the note
• Cover images, subtitles, priorities, flags, links, and due dates with reminders
EVERYWHERE YOU WORK
• Native on Mac, iPhone, iPad, and Apple Vision Pro
• iCloud sync keeps every device up to date
• Spotlight search and Shortcuts actions!
• Multi-select to move, complete, or delete tasks in bulk
• Light and Dark appearance, color themes, adjustable typography

Today, Upcoming, and Inbox
- Manual reordering works again on iPhone and iPad: with Sort By set to Manual, press and hold a task and drag it to a new spot, and it stays there. Before, the task sprang back to its old place the moment you let go, even though the new order was saved and showed up after a relaunch (tester video). The same fix applies inside the Past Due and Today sections and to a reorder synced from another device
Smart Lists
- Tasks with a start date now show up in your own smart lists the same way they do in Today: a list with a Today, Tomorrow, This Week, Next Week, or date-range filter includes a task on every day from its start date through its due date (tester report: a task that had started was in Today but missing from "Today + Priority"). Overdue still goes by the due date alone. Widgets follow the same rule
iPhone and iPad
- Tapping the empty space under a list or board column no longer starts a new task; that stays a Mac feature. On iPad, tapping empty space now closes the open task instead, the same as tapping between board columns
- The task pane's close button on iPad now points right, the direction the pane slides away (down stays for the iPhone sheet)
- Closing the task pane with a swipe on iPad is more forgiving: a slightly diagonal swipe or a quick flick now counts, and a two-finger swipe on the screen works as well as on the trackpad
