Cant create match, cant verify phone number

A very good app to connect with player that have same hobbies. However, now cannot create any matches as we need to verify phone number. And there is no option as to how to verify it. Chatbox isnt much of a help too

Privacy setting is truly not comprehensive. Adult group within the app and bots.

A stranger / unknown account added me to a group called ‘date padel girls - seex69.com’. But I am honestly not surprised this app is filled with bots or perverts. Unfortunately there is no privacy setting available to prevent unknown accounts to add you to random public groups. Sadly I can’t attach pictures to this app store review (or I don’t know how) otherwise I’ll share how the group looks like.

I have 3 cancelation match and still not refund to my bank adter 15 days, i talk to my bank and there none of refund from playtomic, their solution is only by "reach us by help service on apps" but its robots and cant do serious conversation bcs the robot doesn't know anysh*t
