Worst Customer Service - Just Use Another Marketplace

Tokopedia’s customer service is really terrible. The worst. I made a complaint and asked Tokopedia as 3rd party to make sure the problem will be resolved nicely, but Tokopedia was not being a helpful party as it should be. Lame, worst, and Tim Asuransi took very long time weeks almost months to approve my claims. Mobile interface has a lot of bugs event though I recently updated it.

Tokopedia’s customer service is really terrible. The worst. sy dikasih 2kupon cb 7,5% dari toped. sy gunakan 1kupon eh gak dpt cb, dikatakan melanggar syarat krn pny 2akun untuk dpt benefit cb. nah logika aja ngapain sy susah2 bikin akun baru klo di akun sy sendiri msh ada 1kupon nganggur???? kocak nih toped gak jelas bgt. udah penjual power merchant, pembeli gold, tetap dipandang tukang curang ama toped hahaha
