My shopping is taking longer and longer every time I use this app. It used to be quick and easy but it seems that every time the app is updated there are more problems with it. I have trouble each time loading the next 10 items and even when I select show all it does not. The app has become much more complicated to use and do everything takes longer. We are customers a long time, but am becoming very frustrated at this stage.

SuperValu, that is the last order I have placed with you. Since you updated the app the link to my bank ( boi) takes multiple attempts. I have had to abandon it now and borrow someone’s AIB card, it worked on the first go. Plus you gave me 20 E voucher of a 220 shop. Where is the 30 off 150 I have received in recent weeks. I have been on holidays for the last 2 weeks, so now I don’t get a voucher? Plus the quality of fresh food/ veg has dis improved since you moved to ready to go DB fair type foods. I have had to throw out fish/ veg etc upon receipt. My sister has moved to Tesco for all of the above reasons and I am now following her. I have pointed these issues out to you on multiple occasions - SuperValu is not ‘ the only shop in town’. I did shop there as it is Irish owned, not any more , I am dissatisfied. You have made a total travesty of Superquinn.Jean Doyle

Terrible, terrible app. So slow. Difficult to search using menu options, results auto default to frequently purchased, can’t view all results under frequently purchased because the app stalls, screen becomes blank and eventually reloads showing the same few top items, cant scroll too far to view more items because the app starts stalling again. Some products spelled incorrectly so unless you know to search for product using the incorrect spelling, you won’t be able to locate and purchase the product.It’s 2024, providing an app with a UX this poor is inexcusable. Update: still same issues in 2025 and now constant can’t connect to SV server errors while using app. The app support button on App Store doesn’t work and instead brings you to a broken SuperValu webpage.

For a number of years now I have been using this facility offered by SuperValu. It is so convenient and easy. I order by Monday and my goods arrive on Wednesday morning. They are carried up steps and into my kitchen by the lovely helpful delivery gentleman. For me to leave the island of Arranmore to shop would create stress and expense. On my return I would look for a kind neighbour to get my goods into my home. God bless SuperValu on line and home delivery.
