You ruined everything... I spent hundreds upon hundreds of money on the game and then you started deleting the boxes! which is one of the updates that affected the whole world, and let's not talk about the update where you can buy Battle Pass skins and unique pins that only people who invested could get them but guess what almost everyone has them I used to play every day but now barely half an hour!If you didn't make these two updates believe me there would be a lot more people playing.

We have been loyal fans of Brawl Stars for a long time and have invested a significant amount of money and time into our accounts.We are reaching out because we feel that the community's voice, specifically regarding game modes, is being overlooked. Our absolute favorite mode is Basket Brawl. It provides a unique dynamic that we believe is missing from the current rotation.Lately, we have found ourselves losing interest in the game because the modes we enjoy most are frequently unavailable. We are at a point where we are seriously considering leaving the game permanently and stopping all future investments in our accounts.We are asking you to reconsider the permanent or more frequent inclusion of Basket Brawl. There is a huge community of players who love this mode and feel ignored. Please put some deep thought into this—we want to keep playing and supporting the game, but we need to feel that our feedback as loyal customers matters.What is the reason for keeping this mode away from a community that clearly wants it? I have been waiting since the announcement of prestige for a way for you to fix the terrible matchmaking algorithm you have, which still does not relate at all to player skills, especially during new brawler events where it is absolutely impossible for a player who isnt a pro to even win half of games from tickets if its playing with bots than you have to make sure they match opponents (albeit terrible it is bots) and if it isnt than your algorithm is truly worthless. Its become an impossible task to enjoy events, or even ranked matches, it feels like those I play with are not even close to my level (which I know is roughly high diamond/low mythic) so if I say its terrible what are the real pros thinking of

Showdown.It shows everyone your true skill without the randoms getting in your way. Teamers are there but if you eliminate them all… you’re different. Most of the Community is just 12 year olds watching sus edits and worst goals ever.That’s why they are so many bad randoms (well not every 12-yo is bad). Making it hard to play with teams.
