The app is no longer found in "share" menu that could be used to send images directly to the app to Translate for example

As a paying customer of the Claude AI app's pro plan, I've encountered numerous issues that have left me deeply dissatisfied with the service and support:1. Limited device access: Despite paying for a pro plan, I can only use the app on my mobile phone. This severely restricts the utility of the service.2. Account creation problems: Attempts to create a second account failed because my phone number is already associated with my paid account via a hidden email on iPhone. This further limits my ability to use the service I'm paying for.3. Unresponsive customer support: Multiple attempts to contact customer support have been met with silence. This lack of response is unacceptable for a paid service.4. When I reached out to the sales team, I was redirected to the unresponsive support team. Upon following up, I was got an automated reply saying the sales representative was on vacation.Potential subscribers should carefully consider these factors before committing to a paid plan.If I could, I would give it a zero star

A lot of bugs in app and things that I really don’t understand who designed.. sometimes the chat box is frozen so you can’t edit the message you’re writing. And the re-generate answer is so sensitive I feel lucky when I’m not hitting it. Resulting in unplanned in necessary tokens usage and I bet you’ve done it on purpose. Hope you’ll fix this because it’s so awful

Allow some “magic word” or phrase, so, only when explicitly spoken, triggers response. I frequently drive and talk to Claude using voice chat, many times I need time to gather thoughts, I want it to wait without interrupting. Only when I say “over” or other magic phrase, only then should it start reacting, otherwise, it should just listen and transcribing.Otherwise awesome!
