If you have any doubts of whether you should buy this app - forget it! This is the best piano learning app i had and i will go further by saying that this is the best app i have ever had. Period. Not only is it user friendly and beautiful, it is simple to understand, and has the best content. I had a life long dream of learning how to play, and even owned an actual piano but had no motivation to start practicing after my lessons with a piano tutor got me nowhere. This app got me on track! It has a simple and amazing way of explaining and teaching the material so there is basically no chance for failure. Not only, everything is amazingly clear, it teaches you everything you need, WHEN you need it, so you are not overwhelmed by information, yet at the same time making a huge progress. Guys, from the bottom of my heart - thank you for this.

Teaches you to play incorrectly from the beginning

A very buggy app, that has a totally deaf ear. Here are just few examples:1. The app doesn’t recognize the sound of more than two notes played at a time. When playing a chord and a note, the app doesn’t recognize the sound, and claims it was played incorrectly, so you have to play the chord notes one by one, and not as it was written on the stave.2. Doesn’t recognize the sound. For example, in some melodies, according to the app response, it doesn’t matter what note was played, for instance, you play a C1 note instead of A4, and the app claims that it was correct, but when you play the correct note once instead of twice, it claims that the note was played 3 or 4 times in a row.3. The app claims that the environmental noise is a correctly played song. For instance, your dog is barking in the garden, or you are talking to a family member during play and the app claims that I played a future note was already played correctly (it enters the screen while already green).4. Incorrect speed of playing. The app reacts only to touching the note, but doesn’t care about its length. So, playing a whole note, which is shown on the screen at the speed of at least a sixty-fourth note is definitely incorrect. More than that, the speed of the moving lines doesn’t change according to the note, and is so fast, that you have to play, for example, the first movement of Beethoven’s Moonlight Sonata at the speed of Grieg’s Hall of the Mountain King, which definitely isn’t right.

To be fully honest, I’m not the type of person to write reviews for apps but this one just blew my mind away. Not even kidding, I think this app has the best user experience and gives just the right amount of positive feedback you should be getting when learning something new. You can tell that every little detail here has been thought of. If you want to start playing at any level- this is the app for you.I was playing the piano when I was 10 years old and was learning it with a tutor and I hated it back then. I still had the piano from back then (15 years later) and with simply piano I just fell in love with playing.Thank you to anyone who took part of creating this amazing thing.

Just like a piano, the app needed some tuning. We fixed some pesky bugs so it should B sharp now.
