Structured deserves 6 stars out of 5. It’s UI should be a case study all UI designers. The First desktop space on my Mac is structured running full screen. Have spent considerable time in last decade hunting down and trying many calendars / planners / to-do lists / Kanban with limited success. Was using a combination of Calender 5, Fantastical and Meistertask. Structured simply blows out everything else out there. It’s brilliance is understated & revolutionary like the original iPhone interface. iCloud sync for iPhone & iPad without any setup is how every app should be. Only features stopping it from perfection is a way to list unaccomplished tasks from previous days and a snooze option when you really need one.

I’m doing NEET and I’m in 11th grade currently so my schedule is really hectic and it’s hard to keep track of homework and tests and anything, all other apps make you pay for the most basic features but this app is just amazing 😭 I’ve tried like 2-3 other “top” recommended apps and this one takes the cake!It’s UI is designed perfectly, easy on the eyes and explains your schedule in an understandable way.It notifies u for ur events unlike other scheduling apps that require pro version for thatAndddd the developers are still keeping the app bug free and working well! 10/10 would recommend :3

One, thank you is not enough for the amazing job. You have done with this app. I have been diagnosed with ADHD. And executive dysfunction. From childhood I always wanted to have a system through which I can organise my life, I have tried every single app possible none of them could feel useful for me but once I downloaded this app, this has been a life changer for me, saying that is an understatement I have been able to do so much. In a few months, I’ve been using this app. Then I ever could. Thank you so much and please keep the good work going

It’s missing so many intuitive key features that any natural calendar or task management app must have. (i) if event descriptors are too long the hide buttons are buried outside of screen so you can’t hide event (ii) no way to remove completed tasks from your day view so that next task is on focus (iii) unnecessary huge UI elements - use on 27 inch iMac and you know it’s full of wasted space (iv) cumbersome way to view months ahead as you can’t really scroll entire month view (v) unintuitive design for viewing all tasks upcoming in a week (vi) if you look at some day in past no obvious way to jump directly to “today” view. I can’t believe I paid for lifetime sub of this app. Horribly made and nothing like feature list suggests. It will add to anxiety not reduce!

I’m a student whose schedule is most likely to get messed up. For a person who has numerous tasks to deal with, it gets difficult to manage all the tasks and keep a track of them. This app is like a solution to each and every problem that I face regarding scheduling and structuring my day. It’s literally amazing like no words. There are so many features. This app is everything a student needs to keep his days “structured”. I loved the interface! It’s simple but at the same time allows you to sync various information seamlessly. Loved the drop box idea where you can drop things you need to do for which you don’t find time just yet. It keeps them in visibility to always be able to incorporate it in your schedule later.
