I usually don’t do this, but I must say, Genshin has my heart around its finger. I’m in love with this game. I have to admit that when I first heard of it, I was not that interested. But once I gave it a try, my heart was stolen. The scenic beauty, the story line, the character designs, all of it is absolutely brilliant. I watch a lot of Anime, and I have always loved the idea of travelling to a new world with the medieval type adventure plot. And this game, truly brings that dream into reality. It’s a brand new world for me to explore, and enjoy. There are so many things I can do, and be free. The scenery here is done so beautifully and is aesthetically pleasing. Sometimes I can’t help but stand at the top of a mountain or building and stare at the beautiful sky and landscape. The tasks, the dialogues, the personalities are also so amazing. Of course there are times I’m a bit upset but that’s classic gamer rage, But I have to admit that this game is truly wonderful. As for some helpful feedback for this game, I’d like to suggest the character dialogues need a bit of touch up. I have noticed that when you reply to a NPC, in the game, sometimes it’s the wrong answer that they give. For example if I were to choose from dialogues A or B, and A seems like something more common to reply with but I end up choosing B, the dialogue I get in return is following dialogue A’s response. Which makes me go “Huh?” At times. It’s not something big, but this could put a sudden holt to players enjoying the story and dialogues. But truly, Mihoyo, I am so impressed and so glad that you have invented such a lovely and beautiful game. All of us Genshin fans thank you. Thank you so much. I can’t wait for the updates so I can continue with the brilliant plot of this game.

Genshin used to be really good with its storyline, i am not much of a character pulling guy, i played this game for the sake of its storyline, but these days it feels more like the quests leave us with more questions, less to almost no expansion, artifact farming got even worse and never able to get good sets at all, even when wishing randomly just to make the game playable for new mechanics introduced every new update feels like them doing money laundering rather than actual giving good playable content, small event quests are lame too except for ones with some lore atleast, for me, i play this game for only less than 5/10 minutes then close it after completing my commissions, its gotten that bad, and no , i don’t use my resins much either as i know i would just be wasting my time for one barely good artifact, its just plain and boring these days, only hype is during major quest but rest of it is mostly introducing new 5star characters, making them dependent on another upcoming 5 star character, banners are close with not much to get from , game revolves around their mechanics for a particular region and to clear spiral abyss you need them cuz again, no good artifacts on normal characters either. This thing effects the gameplay allot and just makes it seem like that hoyo doesn’t care at all now, all they want is money money and money , again, i don’t pull much characters but i have to pull for some just in case the new update mechanics revolves around these characters and its just hectic and boring, but doesn’t seem like they would care anyways, several such issues. Any resolved? Nope, none!

I’ve been playing this game ever since 2022 of March. When I saw a gacha reaction about Raiden Shogun When I first saw it, I was amazed by the game of Genshin. I used to watch videos but never play it. One night I asked my father If I could play it. IT TOOK A WHOLE MORNING. Oh I loved it, but I took a break bc I didn’t know how to play. I took a break from 2.6 to 2.7. Not too much time actually since I was bored I started playing again since I had more knowledge and I have been playing ever since. AND GUESS WHAT. I. TOUCH. GRASS. It’s now 4.2 version and as ever I still love it, the plot gets even more interesting and now that my characters can finally level up and now that I’m AR 56 I’m happy to be known as a professional player, I just need better artifactw! I love the characters, everything, like the character development/growth is crazy! I didn’t like Wriothesly and Furina at first but learning more about them overtime makes it more realising like the fact how they suffered and the furina death sentence was making me lose my mind! Like what is, seriously about to happen?!

Hello genshin team, I have been playing this game from almost 2 years now. Right from the very first year events to the latest ones. From the story, to the combat and graphics.. each bit of the game is well crafted. The story element makes it one of a kind. Let alone the vast world we can explore and the n number of interactions available! Its such a fun to play! My only problem is the every increasing size of the game.. I have had to uninstall it many times just to save up some space on my phone. Being an iphone user, its pretty hard to keep playing this wonderful game due to the space constraints. I even tried switching to pc but sadly couldnt as the specs were a bit heavy for my pc. I dont want to stop playing just for a trivial space issue. Its not just me I recon, there might be many other players who will be forced to stop playing this game due to the same reason! Please, is a humble request to do something out of this.. I had read that cloud gaming was an option? Is it going to come out anytime soon? P.s. Im not sure but it seems like the next update is gonna be pretty harsh on my phone 🙃 Also, thankyou for making such a game! It has been a part and parcel of life of many gamers. 😄

They have shown time and time again that they are ready to release characters that are riddled with issues and keep pushing the lines for releasing absolutely mediocre and almost useless units. This is especially evident with recent 4 star characters. But the company now has decided to release not just mediocre but downright disfunctional 5 star characters which people pay enormous amounts of money for, or save the in game currency for months on end. The company does not care about balancing. There is such a clear discrepancy between the design and gameplay teams that work on these characters. The company is money hungry and not to mention bordering on colorist/racist with MAJORITY of the cast being pale white, even from regions which take clear inspiration from real life cultures. They clearly have fun extrapolating real life cultures and embedding it into their game, which is fine. But why do the people who live in theses regions not get the same representation? The game is going on a downwards trajectory and I highly recommend that you proceed with caution when financially supporting them. Do you want to spend your money for utter laziness and lack of care for customers? Fix Dehya, and make balances to many other characters too. Otherwise they are just shouting to their own playerbase that they are money hungry, yes. But also extremely pathetic.

I have been playing Genshin Impact since 2020 just 2 months after it’s release. This is the only, and I say only game that has kept me hooked to it till now. I love the characters’ stories, the overall lore of the game. The gameplay. The rewards!!! Everything!!! But what I love to do most in the game is not character building or fighting but rather exploring the world. Genshin impact maps offer sooo sooo much interesting gameplay and puzzles that I realllyy love to explore the whole thing. It is my personal opinion but the person who can sit and listen to all the quests and stories will not think of quitting Genshin Impact. And once you come to love the story, you will come to learn how much the open world can offer. I say give it a try! Also the Hoyoverse team worksss realllly hard on the game! The game’s music is just AMAZING! The animation is just flawless!! All the character teasers and character introduction videos, new version trailers, all those are just chef kiss!!!! Just tryyy once! Believe me you will love the game.

It’s a wonderful game, but my account got hacked by someone else and when I try to retrieve it, I got no help from hoyoverse side I tried to complain about it many times but their answer is you don’t have any proof that you are the owner of the account. So please be careful while playing the game and now I lost the interest of playing this game because I worked so hard to build my characters and everything at last a hacker take my account and I can’t do anything. So please be careful with your account because hoyoverse won’t help you and say that you don’t have proof. After everything my only connection with my account was hoyolab and the hacker didn’t change my password so I tried to login and report it to them. The only hope was that but you know I came to know I can able to login. He just change the password and I lost hope that I would get my account back. This is the worst experience that after the hard work you’ve done you won’t get anything back you can’t even save your account. The only replace it. It’s not your account. Even I have proved that every verification quote from the day one till the last time I login I have the verification, quotes and screenshot of everything I have reach this comment. Please help me to recover my account.

I don’t know how to explain but you guys can’t believe me this is the best game I ever played yeah I understand some times it’s really makes us angry when we lost out 5050 but trust me guys if you start playing this game you will never return to another game i have been playing this game for so long some times it’s makes me angry for artifects but it’s makes me so sad for there storys and stuff in my opinion this best isn’t just a game this game is emotions I love it thank you so much mihoyos I love you guys!!! When ever I feel sad happy angry I just walk around on the map and also making new friends they are actually so nice!! You guys can’t believe I made around 50-60 friends in genshin ahhh I love my life just because of this my boyfriend broke up w me and I started playing this game story’s and lil quests makes me happy and also I start loving my life anddd the story’s ahhhhh I literally cried every time and also lil detail about enemy’s are so good!!! Thank you for everything mihoyo❤️❤️

Personally, I really think Genshin Impact is one of the best games I’ve ever played. It’s super addicting and gets you hooked almost instantly with it’s intense, beautiful visuals. On top of that, it has many characters that keeps you emotionally connected with the game, which is why I love this game so much.However there’s a huge disadvantage in this game for players who don’t intend on spending money on the game. To actually be somewhat good at this game, you’ll have to spend many hours immersed in grinding experience and levelling up characters. Not only are most characters locked behind a huge sum of currency, but even if you spend hours grinding for a single character, you’re likely to end up with 5% of how much in-game currency you’ll actually need to obtain the character. This forces many players to pay lots of money to pay for characters, battle-passes, etc.I love this game, I really do but grinding for characters I want is truly a pain. The game doesn’t provide enough rewards in my opinion.

This game is truly magnificent when it comes to visuals story and the music. All is good until it comes to representing people of colour and non-white/not east-asian cultures. This game has set the record for its breathtaking story telling and gameplay, yet lacks the same passion when it comes to showcasing people they profit off of. Sumeru and Natlan are regions that don’t stick to a particular culture, and most characters in the regions are pale-skinned, something the people of the cultures this game takes inspiration from mostly aren't. Hoyoverse needs to understand that despite the game being fiction, there still needs to be accurate representation as reality breathes it’s way into fiction, making you feel like you are experiencing something true. Needless to say, it is incredibly disappointing to see the new line-up of Natlan (and the line-up of Sumeru) and the developers need to take in to account the damage misrepresentation and culture erasure causes. And to add more, it simply isn’t about making the characters dark-skinned, it’s goes way beyond that. It involves using appropriate clothing choices (ones that aren’t sexually appealing/‘modern’), naming the characters right, and so many more such inculcations.
