No 1? My friend ordered a dishwasher worth 45k and it was broken when it arrived, no where it was mentioned that some open box policy is applicable on it, delivery partner also didn’t bother to mention. When she called the customer care they said they sent a mail, and that’s all, one of the mail of other 100 mails she receives every day. For the OTP text also they didn’t care to mention that the customer should ensure that there is no damage in the product. Yes they expect us to check the entire machine for an hour long making the delivery partner also wait to get the OTP from us, a Protocol which was sent by a mail to her and reached the spam. They expect us to check spam also for their valuable information conveyed just through mail. Highly highly disappointed as they don’t get that a major chunk of Indian population barely know how to use Internet!!!

I have lost count of how many times the delivery agents of this app’s have made my life hell. The customer service team - worse. They don’t have any information about the delivery agent’s whereabouts. I don’t know why are they running this company. I hope this company shuts down. The most useless set of people work in the delivery and customer service team. Their delivery department is also a joke who has no information about the delivery partners assigned by them! A joke. Their only response to everything literally is WAIT. You might as well be dead but you still have to wait for their delivery partners to arrive from heaven and honour us with their presence. Because no one knows where they are. They hire celestial beings whose whereabouts are only known to them. I hate this company’s delivery service and customer support team. They bring the worst out of customers. If you’re having a bad day and want to make it worse, get in touch with them and you will lose the last bit of sanity left in you. A bad company.

I’m genuinely baffled that this app was approved for release in its current state. It feels like it was rushed out the door without adequate testing or quality control. The core functionality is riddled with issues that make it almost unusable.One of the most frustrating aspects of this app is its sorting functionality. It’s completely unreliable and essentially renders the feature useless. Despite selecting options to sort products by price, rating, size, color, relevance, etc., the app doesn’t actually apply those filters correctly. The results are all over the place, with products appearing in random order that doesn't reflect the user's preferences at all.This is a major flaw for an online shopping app, as it wastes time and makes the shopping experience incredibly frustrating. How this got approved is beyond me — a basic feature like sorting should be working flawlessly before release. Until this issue is fixed, I wouldn’t recommend relying on the sorting feature at all.

The worst delivery service a customer can get. I’m really disappointed. I had ordered a couple of products on Thursday and the app said one of the product was delivered on Saturday and it says the product was handed over to a security guard when there isn’t one. I called the customer service and they said the product will be delivered to my address or I’ll get a refund. I also mentioned that the rest of the products needs to be delivered to my address and the delivery executive is supposed to call me before delivering the product to make sure I’m home and he needs to deliver the product to me. The supervisor assured me that.The same thing happened yesterday. The delivery executive never called me. And the app says the product was directly handed over to the security guard. I called the customer service again and spoke to a supervisor and he was least bothered to do anything about this. And I got the worst customer service. He was literally interrupting me every time I tried to talk and was talking over me and I got no resolution.
