Need more video quality options; playback speed control doesn't work

The app is pretty nice but for me, a crucial feature while consuming educational content is being able to control the playback speed. The control is present while watching a video in the app but toggling through the options doesn't change the speed.Also, it would be greate if the video streaming supported variable bitrate and options to manually choose a wider range of quality controls. I quite often end up downloading the videos off of WWDC website since high quality streaming somtimes buffer for me.If both of these were fixed, the app would be pretty awesome. Hope the team looks into it! 💪

This app is a complete joke. You go through the entire developer enrollment process, and right before the final payment screen, the system crashes and throws a "Contact Us to Continue" error. Spoiler alert: contacting them does absolutely nothing. You will get trapped in an infinite loop of copy-pasted replies from support agents who clearly do not read your emails or look at your screenshots. One agent literally told me to "do the manual payment" and "try to use different payment methods" when the app would not even let me REACH a payment page. It is an absolute masterclass in incompetence from a trillion-dollar company. Our product is already live on other platforms, but we are completely blocked from an iOS launch because Apple's backend is broken and their Tier 1 support is entirely scripted. If zero stars were an option, I would smash it. Fix your system and get actual humans to read support tickets.

I have tested this before writing this here. I always Download the videos to view the content in HD, but after the Download is Completed, the video still streams from the Internet until and unless I restart the application, or Watch it from the Downloads section in side bar.

Not able to renew the developer membership

Not able to renew the program from India. Doesn't work, didn't get official support from Apple. No one helped and the app that was live on the App store went down. I'm really upset about this as no one from Apple has any solution. I've been in touch with apple support regarding the payment issues since 2 months now but no one is able to help. There's no way left to renew the developer program membership now so this means the death of our app from the App Store. Didn't expect this from Apple.
