I've been using this app for all my travel needs, and it's been a one-stop solution for booking rooms and cars. Every time I've made a booking, the information has been accurate, and the rooms have always been available as promised. It's the most consistent travel and hotel booking app I've ever used. Recently, I've also started getting out the Genius levels, and it has a good discounts on room and car booking. Highly recommend this app for hassle-free travel planning!

This platform is a serious joke to customer service that dont know how to handle customer requests. Never ever using this platform ever again. Call who, your customer service never picks up and is not capable to solve customer issues. I asked them to change my flights since several weeks now / nothing has been been done by your “customer service” team.Update: your customer team keeps saying they will send me link to change my flights - its been 4 days and no link has been sent to me. On top of that, your support doesn’t know how to handle a customer. My current flight leaves in few days- how long do I wait for your team to change my flights? I cant keep calling your support team everyday and spend an hour waiting on call for someone to pickup and it still does not get resolved.

Worst app with no proper customer support and fraudulent action

This is for the awareness of the people, I have booked a room in Shirdi through this app. However I was denied room coz I was solo traveller. On reaching out to customer support they insisted me to update credit card details on the app. And to my surprise I received another call who claimed to be one of customer support person. He asked me to install Anydesk app on my mobile in order to save me from cancellation charges of the room. He made me add the credit card details on the app and tracked the entire process through Anydesk app. He then using my credit card details initiated a purchase transaction of INR 15,177. Due to doubtful behaviour of the person I have given wrong information which saved me from thug of INR 15,177.I was really suspicious as I got call from the fraud as soon as I disconnect my call with customer support guy.

Bug in the app

I have been trying to list my property from past 1 month. By the time I reach last step of updating financial details the page throws an error. Upon contacting CS rep they are unable to find my listing details in the backend. I have tried creating and updating the listing from different ids howevet every time I get the same error. Even the CS team has no clue what is wrong with the app/site.Second the navigations are so complex. You reach help centre page and it kind of guides how to contact or leave a message however when you click on hyperlinks of inbox it leads you to a new page every time asking to login. Hyperlink is suppose to take the visitor directly to the connected landing page which is not the case in your app/site. Overall it has been a horrendous experience using the app with no one in the team knowing what’s wrong.
