It’s a great learning platform, but I’ve noticed a bug recently.

While answering the questions that pop up in between the video, the question becomes redundant and it appears again and again. Video fails to proceed further due to this redundancy, it requires to either skip or exit and manually proceed to the timing of video coming up next. This issue is only with the app. The website is working fine. If you could provide the option for dark mode in both app and website that’ll be great for some relief to eyes.Keep doing the great work Coursera and keep thriving!

Couldn’t load course details on course home page in the app

I enrolled in a course and it went smooth. I enrolled in another course and when I tried to start learning by going to the course’ home page it just loads nothing except course name and some tab names like Home, Grades, Forum, Notes, etc. Even if I tried refreshing by scrolling down, the progress circle rotates for a moment and disappears doing absolutely nothing. I tried force-closing app and then reopen it, and restarting my phone and doing the same. Nothing has helped me so far.I have been using Coursera through website for a few years now. It’s wonderful and have helped me a lot for all these days. It’s just recently I installed the app and the trouble got started. I was hoping someone could help me with this.Thanks.

I enrolled in a course and it went smooth. I requested a refund for Coursera Plus Subscription, but the process is extremely non-transparent. The system simply shows “Not eligible for refund” without providing any clear explanation, terms, or reasoning behind this decision. There is no visible link to detailed refund policy terms before purchase, and customer support does not proactively clarify the eligibility criteria.This lack of transparency feels like a deliberate attempt to discourage refund requests rather than genuinely informing customers of their rights. URGENT RESPONSE NEEDED- unauthorised money deduction

I have been paying monthly subscription since January and decided to end it this month. My coursera plus payment was Rs 2099/monthly on autopay. I canceled my subscription a day before the payment was supposed to be made, 18 hours later I received email for a deduction of 2800 rupees which is Rs 701 more than my subscription value. And the app still shows subscription canceled, yet deducted money from my account. I tried every possible way to check why it happened, bank also said its on the Merchant. I emailed on Coursera Support and there’s no response yet. I requested to refund my money & to answer why extra money is deducted l. What kind of Scam are you guys doing? There’s no telephonic contact & certainly no response to my mail.I need urgent reply and resolution to all of this.
