My app is crashing whenever it is tried to being opened i thought this was a normal issue so i deleted the app even though it had few imp things to resolve the issue but after reinstalling the app the problem still persists

I installed this app to create a simple PDF, but as soon as I opened it for the first time, it automatically captured files from my phone without permission. Even worse, when I tried to select a few images, those photos were completely removed from my gallery without any warning!This is a serious privacy and data loss issue – no app should be deleting or moving user files on its own. I immediately uninstalled it and will never recommend this app to anyone. Developers must fix this and ensure user consent, file safety, and privacy protection before this app can be trusted.

The features I need is freely available, will see if this works more without paid plan and don’t know whether are going to limit their features by taken those into paid plans.
